“Traveling is the ruin of all happiness! There’s no looking at a building after seeing Italy.” –Frances Burney, English Novelist
Our trip to Italy has come and gone, but over the past few weeks, I have had a chance to go through the thousands of photos that I took while we were traveling around. I selected a handful, all in black and white, which I think best capture the beautiful places, churches, monuments, buildings, statues and artwork that adorn Italy. I am not going to caption the photos…as they say “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
I would very much like to use your column picture as part of my cover design for my upcoming book in my Numerius Meridius Pulcher Mystery Series, which takes place in Ancient Rome.
Is it possible to get your permission to do so?
You can see the style used on the previous book on Amazon: Numerius Meridius Pulcher and the Case of the Not So Virgin Vestal.
Thank you.
