Italy: All The Things We Ate

On this trip…we definitely ate our way through Italy…and thankfully, with all of the walking and sweating we did…we managed to return home without any extra baggage (so to speak).

In fact, I think one of the best parts of this trip was the food.  Italian food is fairly simple. Not a ton of ingredients…and when those ingredients are fresh…ripe…handmade…you can taste it.  Herewith…a sample of some of the wonderful food and drink we enjoyed.

  1. Well if this doesn’t make you hungry nothing will!! I think I gained 3 lbs looking at the pics.

  2. Looks delectable! I am sure you and Josette looked forward to each meal. I would have been happy with just the gelato.
